Keynote Speaking: Digital Twins, Data Spaces & Industrial AI

Practitioner talks for industry conferences, executive roundtables, and corporate events — grounded in hands-on delivery experience since 2017, not theory.

Christian Völl speaking at a conference

Digital Twin: From PoC to delivery

Why most Digital Twin initiatives stall after the demo — and what it takes to build a delivery path that scales. Covers use case validation, backlog design, and governance.

Data Spaces & AAS: interoperability in practice

What Asset Administration Shell means for cross-company data exchange in the energy sector. Practical readiness dimensions, not just standards theory.

AI readiness: semantics + traceability before hype

Why machine-readable data models and lifecycle traceability are prerequisites for meaningful AI use cases — and how to get there without boiling the ocean.

About the speaker

Christian Völl is an independent Digital Twin Delivery Consultant based in Cologne. Since 2017, he has been leading Digital Twin, PLM, and product data programs from the concept phase to go-live—at the intersection of business, engineering, and IT. His focus is on high-execution setups in early project phases: sharpening use cases against data reality, building deliverable artifacts (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria), and establishing governance that enables real implementation—without death by PowerPoint.

Christian speaks at industry events like the Hannover Messe (2024 & 2026) and in executive formats. His presentations focus on practical implementation patterns rather than technology hype: how Digital Twin initiatives can break out of the PoC stage, how to master ownership and semantics in product data, and how interoperability via AAS/Data Space readiness can be prepared strategically and pragmatically. He is available for keynotes (15–20 min), panels, and internal working sessions with clear, actionable outcomes.
